Velocity Auto Show – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or registering a vehicle for the Velocity Auto Show, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final
   Tickets and vehicle registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Vehicle Approval
   All vehicles must be approved by event organizers prior to participation. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

3. Code of Conduct
   Attendees and participants are expected to behave respectfully. Any inappropriate or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

4. Liability Waiver
   The event organizers, venue, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss during the event.

5. Photography & Media
   By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Media may be used for promotional purposes.

6. Weather & Force Majeure
   The event will proceed rain or shine. In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, government restriction), organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel without obligation beyond stated refund policies.

7. No Unauthorized Sales
   No unauthorized vendors, solicitation, or resale of tickets or booth space is allowed.

8. I understand that any additional vehicle registrations of the same vehicle, after being declined will not be refunded.

Thank you for your interest in the Velocity Auto Show. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets or registering a vehicle.

General Policy

All sales are final. By purchasing a ticket or registering a vehicle, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.

Event Tickets

• Non-Refundable: All general admission ticket purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Non-Transferable: Tickets are issued to the original purchaser and are not transferable to another individual.

Vehicle Registration

• Non-Refundable: Vehicle registration fees are non-refundable once your vehicle has been approved and confirmed.

• Non-Transferable: Approved vehicle registrations are tied to the submitted vehicle and are not transferable to other vehicles or individuals.

• Declined Applications: If your vehicle application is not approved, your registration fee will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• If the event is canceled, all tickets and vehicle registration fees will be refunded in full.

• If the event is rescheduled, your ticket and registration will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.

Fulfillment Policy
All tickets and vehicle registration confirmations for the Velocity Auto Show are delivered digitally via email.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at velocityautoshow@gmail.com.

No physical tickets or items will be shipped.
